Once your order has been dispatched you will receive confirmation with tracking via email.

Once an order has been placed we are unable to amend or cancel. All orders will be shipped as received and can be returned in accordance with our returns policy.
Returns
Full price items can be returned for a refund, credit or exchange, excluding shipping costs.
To make a return please emailhello@annstudio.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order. Once we have received your returned item(s) please allow upto 3 days for us to process the return.
Refunds will be credited back on the original payment method. Please allow 5 business days once the refund has been issued for this amount to appear in the relevant account. If you made your purchase using an online gift or credit voucher you will be issued with a new voucher.
Items purchased via afterpay will be refunded minus the merchant fee, alternatively a store credit or exchange can be issued.
Return Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We advise returning your items with tracking and insurance, in the event the parcel is lost or damaged.
